ADSky is an entertainment game. Participation is free and requires no investment.

In‑game points and tokens are experimental/game items and are not securities, investment products, or guarantees of profit.

We may update mechanics, economics, interfaces, and data without prior notice.

2) Age & Access

You confirm you meet the minimum age in your jurisdiction and have capacity to enter these terms.

If local law restricts participation in such projects, do not use ADSky.

3) Tokens & Rewards

Points earned (taps, quests, referrals) may be converted to tokens at the project’s discretion in amounts/timelines subject to product economics.

No promise of profit, yield, price appreciation, or buybacks is made.

Withdrawals/swaps occur via public DEXes at your own risk; network and exchange fees are paid by the user.

4) Blockchain & Wallets

ADSky operates on Solana. Transactions are irreversible; you bear the risk of losses due to mistakes, phishing, key loss, or market volatility.

You are responsible for securing your wallets, private keys, and devices.

5) Ads & Partners

Third‑party tasks/offers may appear. We do not guarantee quality, legality, or outcomes of such offers.

Any rewards for ad actions are subject to anti‑fraud checks and may be canceled upon violations.

6) Prohibited Conduct

Bots, auto‑clickers, traffic/referral manipulation, bug abuse, spam, attempts to bypass limits are prohibited.

We may suspend or block access and void points/rewards upon suspected fraud.

7) Limitation of Liability

ADSky is provided “as is”. We are not liable for direct/indirect/incidental losses arising from use, including network failures, smart‑contract errors, data loss, or price volatility.

8) Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of the updated version.
